Dashboards and Performance Management

Together with the client we start by establishing the interaction and the linkage between each End to End process. Next, we determine the roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities of each functional area. We then define the essential metrics and measures needed to make decisions to be able to forecast, plan, control, and report. This is done at each level, linking the bottom to the top of the organization and vice versa.

Reports can be built for you or developed with a designated person within the company. The aim is to develop 1- pagers which show the current state and let you know whether or not an intervention is required. Regular updates will require no more than 5 minutes so that your time can be spent on decision making rather than on number gathering.
